This  manual  contains  instructions  for  the  operator  and unit   maintenance   personnel   for   the   hydraulic   impact wrench  model  IW-12-140T  (PN  12322630).    It  contains descriptions  of  and  procedures  for  removal,  inspection, repair,  test,  and  lubrication,  as  well  as  a  Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC) and repair parts list. 1-2.  MAINTENANCE FORMS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS. Department of the Army forms and procedures used for equipment maintenance will be those prescribed by DA PAM     738-750     as     contained     in     the     Maintenance Management    update.        No    forms    other    than    those approved for the Department of the Army will be used. The  reports  necessary  to  comply  with  the  Army  safety program  are  listed  in  AR  385-40.    These  reports  are required   whenever   accidents   involving   personnel   or damage to materiel occur. 1-3.  DESTRUCTION OF ARMY MATERIEL TO PREVENT ENEMY USE. For  information  and  conditions  under  which  destruction of the hydraulic impact wrench should be undertaken to prevent   enemy   use,   and   for   methods   of   destruction, refer to TM 750-244-6. 1-1
