Tighten loose mounting bolts
and nuts. During the first
weekly servicing of a new or
reconditioned engine, inspect
all head bolts for tightness.
Let engine warm up to normal
operating temperature and
tighten all loose bolts from 25
to 32 ft. lbs. torque

Inspect for leaks, loose mount-
ing and defective gaskets.
Tighten loose mounting bolts
and nuts. During the first
weekly servicing of a new or
reconditioned engine, inspect
all head bolts for tightness. Let
engine warm up to normal oper-
ating temperature and tighten
