HDC SYSTEM
POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES
No hydraulic fluid return (11) from left side
spring stop cylinder (extend).
Left front wheel road arm upper travel not
limited.
Suspension can bottom out.
Track may be thrown if vehicle is backed.
UNSPRUNG MODE:
No hydraulic fluid supply (11) to left side stop
cylinder (retract).
Left front wheel road arm upper travel limited.
Left front of vehicle cannot be lowered to doze
or scrape.
Solenoid Valve V10 - Shutoff valve - Front right bump
SPRUNG MODE:
stop extend
No hydraulic fluid return (11) from right side
spring stop cylinder (extend).
Right front wheel road arm upper travel not
limited.
Suspension can bottom out.
Track may be thrown if vehicle is backed.
UNSPRUNG MODE:
No hydraulic fluid return (11) to right side stop
cylinder (retract).
Right front wheel road upper arm travel limited.
Right front of vehicle cannot be lowered to doze
or scrape.
Solenoid Valve V11 - Shutoff valve - Left hand
SPRUNG MODE:
suspension lower
No impact.
UNSPRUNG MODE-LOWER:
No hydraulic fluid supply (17 lower) to
intermediate wheel control valve.
No hydraulic fluid supply (17) to left front
actuator 1.
Inability to completely lower left front side of
vehicle.
Degraded dozing and scraping.
UNSPRUNG MODE-RAISE:
No hydraulic fluid supply (17) from left front
actuators 1 & 2.
Hydraulic fluid will return through (7).
