STEP
7.
Perform main relief valve adjustment using HDC.
a.
Reset all HDC solenoid valves by selecting RESET VALVES button (Figure 11, Item 4) on HDC control
box.
WARNING
Do not operate ejector when personnel are in bowl. Do not work in bowl unless
ejector lock is engaged. Failure to comply may result in severe injury or death to
personnel.
Do not stand or work in bowl area unless ejector lock is engaged. Do not stand in
bowl to observe roller guide travels. Failure to comply may result in severe injury or
death to personnel.
When folding dozer blade, work on blade latches from side of vehicle only. Do not
stand in front of dozer blade while retracting ejector. Failure to comply may result in
severe injury or death to personnel.
b.
Disable ejector by manually closing ejector inhibit ball valve V23 (Figure 10, Item 1) on DCV bank.

c.
Using LINE UP or LINE DOWN button (Figure 11, Item 2), select V1 on HDC display (Figure 11, Item 1).
d.
Close V1 on HDC display (Figure 11, Item 1) by selecting CHANGE POSITION button
(Figure 11, Item 3) on HDC control box.
