Check for 28 VDC at Y connector input terminal of HDC circuit breaker.
a.
Remove end of lead assembly 12496957 (Figure 20, Item 2) from other terminal of "Y" connector.
b.
Check for 28 VDC on "Y" connector terminal going to input terminal of HDC circuit breaker.

CONDITION/INDICATION
Is 28 VDC present at "Y"-connector terminal going to input terminal of HDC circuit breaker?
DECISION
YES - Replace lead assembly 12496957 (WP 0029).
NO - Replace "Y" connector 7982404 (Figure 20, Item 1) (WP 0029).
